This website introduces organisational LMS course builds and accepts enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not purchase a course or create a contract.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the QTC Learning Systems website. The website is intended for organisations seeking training content and LMS delivery services. Please contact portal@qtclearningsystem.com if you need clarification before relying on any information here.

2. Enquiries and proposals

Choosing courses on the site prepares an email enquiry only. No payment is taken and no LMS access is granted. We will confirm the customer organisation, scope, deliverables, LMS compatibility, implementation work, timetable, acceptance criteria, licence, support, applicable taxes and final price in a separate written proposal. An order becomes binding only when the parties agree the relevant written terms.

3. Prices and bundles

The displayed USD $4,999 per course includes the stated course build, setup and testing as described in a subsequent proposal. The price is indicative until the scope is agreed. A three-course discount may be offered, but its amount and eligibility must be confirmed in writing. Taxes, vendor licences, official exams and vouchers are separate where applicable.

4. Independent courseware

Our learning pathways may refer to third-party technologies and certification objectives. Unless a written proposal expressly says otherwise, QTC Learning Systems does not provide official vendor accreditation, an exam booking, a certification award or rights to third-party course material. Vendor names remain the property of their owners.

5. Use of the website

You may browse the site and send genuine business enquiries. You must not interfere with the site, misuse its content or represent our independent materials as an official vendor product. Website text, design and original course descriptions may not be copied for commercial reuse without permission. Your eventual rights to use delivered courseware will be stated in the agreed contract.

6. Availability and information

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but course descriptions and availability can change. Please rely on the final written proposal for commitments specific to your organisation. We may update these website terms by publishing a new date above; a change to website terms does not amend an existing signed agreement.

7. Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any allocation of commercial risk for a course build will be set out in the agreed contract, rather than inferred from this website.
